Important: Donations are cancelled
The management of donations is a complex process that requires analysis of aspects such as the suitability of the funds, the space available, the state of conservation and the costs of handling and technical processing.
The Library welcomes donations of material by individuals, although for the reasons given above it reserves the right to accept donated documents.
The donation will be made with the agreement that the material becomes the legal property of the Library, which may use this collection as it sees fit. There will be no condition of any kind on the part of the person making the donation, unless specifically agreed by the parties.
The Library will decide the location, use and final destination of the donated material according to its needs. Rejected material may be donated to other libraries and non-profit institutions.
